Supervisory Board

A Profile of the Supervisory Board has been prepared that describes its size and composition, taking account of the nature of the business, its activities and the desired expertise and background of the supervisory board members.

Supervisory Directors are appointed annually for the period beginning on the date following the Annual General Meeting up to and including the date of the Annual General Meeting held in the following year.
