QIAGEN warrants the performance of each of its products in the manner described in the literature / user manual. The purchaser must determine the suitability of the product for his particular use. If any product fails to perform satisfactorily for any reason other than misuse, QIAGEN will replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price. We reserve the right to change, alter or modify any product to improve its performance or design.

THE PROMISE STATED ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR PROMISES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE. QIAGEN MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR PROMISE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL QIAGEN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR DIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF QIAGEN KNEW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, OR LOSS GAS.
