Payment terms for purchases are net 30 days. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and delivery. All orders are subject to final acceptance by QIAGEN Ltd at the prices in effect at the time of shipment, and are based on the terms and conditions of sale appearing on the reverse side of QIAGEN Ltd's standard invoice.
