Standardized viral vector processing and quantification using digital PCR
Quantitative PCR is a widely used method for AAV genome quantification, but it can lead to variability that is intolerable in cell and gene therapy (CGT). Instead, a standardized method for sample processing is needed to achieve accurate AAV quantification.
In this webinar, join Domenica Martorana, Senior Scientist at QIAGEN, as she introduces you to a dedicated workflow for capsid lysis and AAV titer quantification by digital PCR. Learn how a combination of the new CGT Viral Vector Lysis kits and CGT Digital PCR assays achieves:
- Easy vector genome titration
- Outstanding accuracy, reproducibility and speed
- A workflow comparable to qPCR or custom lab solutions
- Improved accessibility to targets of interest and increased genome titers over the whole vector genome
