Digital PCR using QIAGEN’s QIAcuity system: an introduction
This webinar covers various fundamental aspects of performing a successful digital PCR (dPCR) assay on the QIAcuity instruments. An essential parameter to consider in designing a dPCR assay is the choice of templates and their concentrations. Here, we describe the various templates used in digital PCR and focus on their quantitative and qualitative aspects. Further, an insight into a few example applications of the technology, including absolute quantification, will be provided, and underlying calculations and statistics involved in the analysis will be explained. Lastly, we will walk you through the QIAcuity Software Suite, explaining the different views and interpretations of sample data. |
