Payment terms for purchases are net 30 days in US dollars. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to final acceptance by QIAGEN LLC at the prices in effect at the time of shipment and are based on QIAGEN LLC's Sales Terms and Conditions.
