EZ1 Virus Mini Kit v2.0提供全自动操作方法从血清、血浆、脑脊液、尿液、呼吸道样本和其他无细胞体液中同时纯化病毒DNA和RNA，用于敏感的下游应用。经优化的结合条件，确保获得更完整的核酸；经优化的洗涤条件，使纯化获得的核酸适用于敏感的下游分析。该试剂盒配合EZ1 Advanced XL（每批处理1–14个样本）、EZ1 Advanced（每批处理1–6个样本）和BioRobot EZ1（每批处理1–6个样本）工作站使用。

原理

使用EZ1 Virus Mini Kit v2.0进行自动纯化需使用EZ1 Advanced XL和EZ1 Advanced XL Virus Card v2.0、EZ1 Advanced和EZ1 Advanced Virus Card v2.0或BioRobot EZ1和EZ1 Virus Card v2.0。EZ1卡预装有纯化程序，在控制面板提供操作向导，并提供EZ1 Advanced工作站的运行指令。

使用硅胶膜磁珠技术，一次操作可纯化1–14个样本（EZ1 Advanced XL）或1–6个样本（EZ1 Advanced和BioRobot EZ1）。预封装的试剂条和仪器的自动感控锁可降低污染的风险，避免RNase导致的核酸降解。

程序

将血清或血浆样本（100 µl、200 µl或400 µl）上样至工作站中，全自动EZ1 Virus纯化操作后，DNA被一步纯化。病毒DNA洗脱体积为150 µl、120 µl、90 µl或60 µl，可直接用于各种下游应用。
该方法纯化病毒核酸方便可靠。EZ1 Virus Mini Kit v2.0采用预封装试剂条，减少人工操作的错误；EZ1 Cards含有纯化方案，无需手动输入数据。1–6个样本的全自动纯化只需40分钟，包括仅仅5分钟的手动操作时间。

Operation of the BioRobot EZ1 is so easy that no additional training other than the initial demo is needed. Operating the instrument requires only three major steps:

Insert the appropriate EZ1 Protocol Card, switch on the workstation, and, if necessary, select the appropriate protocol
Follow the instructions on the liquid-crystal display (LCD), which describes where the sample tubes, elution tubes, filter tips, and EZ1 Reagent Cartridges must be loaded and which indicates when to start the protocol run
Collect purified nucleic acids when the protocol run ends

These protocols provide both on-screen instructions for the operator and operating commands for the workstation. Details about worktable setup are provided with each new protocol, and are also displayed in the liquid-crystal display (LCD) of the control panel when you start setup of the worktable.

No, prefilled Reagent Cartridges can be loaded onto the BioRobot EZ1 with their seals. During operation of the instrument, the piercing unit, a row of 6 metal spikes located behind the tip adapters, will puncture the foil of the cartridges, thereby exposing the reagents.
