Do you have a protocol for the isolation of genomic DNA from yeast/fungi directly from Blood?

We have the QIAamp UCP PurePathogen Blood Kit (Cat# 50112) for microbial DNA purification from whole blood, swabs, cultures, and body fluids.  For maximal lysis efficiency of yeast and fungi, QIAGEN recommends the use of a mechanical disruption using Pathogen Lysis Tubes (Cat# 19091) which are also available as accessory products.
