Data analysis uses the ΔΔC_T method. At the qBiomarker Copy Number PCR Array and Assay Data Analysis Web portal (http://www.qiagen.com/products/genes and pathways/data analysis center overview page), C_T data can be entered and the Web-based software will automatically perform quantification.
