My ADAPT report states "Run Invalid" and does not display any sample results. Why is this?

All aspects of the mixed Standard and NTC (including Internal Control) in the therascreen KRAS PCR kit are assessed before ADAPT reports the samples. If any of these wells has failed any part of this analysis, the plate is rendered invalid and the results hidden. The root cause for this failure is indicated by a warning flag on the ADAPT report.
