How do I get started using the NeXtal CubicPhase kits?

In addition to the NexTal Cubic Phase Products, you only need standard lab equipment (the same equipment as used for “standard/soluble” protein crystallization). Setup can be performed manually with a pipette or using a liquid-handling robots for smaller volumes. It is important to have a room or incubator set at 22°C (18°C if the plates has a combination of MO + cholesterol) since temperature is one of the most important factors in this experiment.
