What instrument can I use for the therascreen EGFR RGQ PCR kit?

The therascreen EGFR RGQ PCR kit requires the Rotor-Gene Q 5-Plex HRM even though the kit only requires  Green and Yellow channels.  Use of other instruments, such as the Rotor-Gene 2-Plex, cannot be used. The version of the RGQ submitted for FDA 510k approval is the 5-plex HRM. Therefore for consistency, QIAGEN CE-IVD kits must be used on this instrument.
