What is the correct matrix and filter/settings to be used on the Investigator ID plex kit?
The correct matrix to use with the Investigator IDplex kit is Matrix BT5.
The filter set that should be used is Any5dye should be used for the 3130/3130xl or 3100-Avant/3100 Genetic Analyzers. If Any5dye is not available, filter set G5 should be used. For the ABI 310 Genetic Analyzer, filter set G5 should be used.
The filter settings for Any5Dye should be

- Sensitivity: 0.1
- Quality Value: 0.80
