Which software updates are included in a Premium Cover Agreement for my QIAGEN Instrument?

Updates of the operating system software for a QIAGEN instrument are included in a Premium Cover Agreement as long as they will not adversely affect the integrity of the installed applications. To adhere to regulatory guidelines, users are informed in advance about any software upgrades. Upgrades are installed at the next Service Visit following the software release.
