Which is the best condition for eluting GST-tagged proteins from Glutathione Superflow?

10–50 mM of reduced glutathione may be used for elution of GST-tagged proteins from Glutathione Superflow. We recommend to elute with 50 mM as this can reduce elution volume and increase eluted protein concentration.
