Does the KRAS PCR kit cover the codon 61 mutation?

No, the KRAS PCR kit does not cover the codon 61 mutation.  At this time we have no plans to include this mutation in the kit due to the low incidence in the COSMIC database. Further, there are no plans to adapt the mutation coverage of the kit at this time.
