What is the PCR performance of DNA purified from PAXgene Tissue fixed, paraffin-embedded (PFPE) tissue compared to DNA from snap frozen or formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue?

DNA purified from PFPE is of high molecular weight, free of chemical modifications, and performs similarly or identically to DNA isolated from frozen tissue DNA in demanding downstream applications, such as multiplex or long-range PCR.
