Which parts are exchanged during a Preventive Maintenance visit for my QIAGEN BioRobot?

The condition of some instrument parts may be affected by frequency of use or environmental conditions (e.g., lamps, glass parts, including syringe pumps, paper, filters, tubing, air filters, thermostat panels, and liquid detectors). These parts are designed for frequent use, but need to be regularly replaced. Most of them are included in the Preventive Maintenance Kit and are replaced during the Preventive Maintenance visit. The cost of parts that need to be replaced between Preventive Maintenance visits is not covered by the Service Support Agreement.
