| I tried 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6ug DNA with 1.5 ul Attractene reagent, and 0.4 ug DNA with 0.75, 1.5 and 2.25 ul Attractene reagent. The best result was obtained with 0.4ug DNA and 0.75ul reagent. |
