Product Details
The Buffer EL allows selective lysis of erythrocytes from human blood or bone marrow aspirate samples for subsequent recovery of leukocytes.
The procedure can be used as sample pretreatment for in-vitro diagnostic sample preparation procedures and is performed manually.
Principle
Buffer EL is added to the sample to lyse the erythrocytes from blood or bone marrow aspirates during incubation on ice.
Procedure
Buffer EL should be used following the instructions given in the Instructions for Use (IFU) of the products that require the erythrocyte lysis procedure with Buffer EL. For specimen collection, handling, and storage conditions, also refer to the downstream application’s IFU.
