What plug-ins are available for the Pyrosequencing kits?

Plug-Ins are available for:

• KRAS Pyro Kit
• EGFR Pyro Kit 
• BRAF Pyro Kit

None available at this time:

• NRAS Pyro Kit 

The  Plug-in Reports can be obtained from pyro.plugin@qiagen.com.  All plug-ins only work with the dispensation orders specified in the kit handbooks. 

 

Note:  PyroMark Q24 software version 2.0 is needed for the usage of the Plug-in
