Is it possible to introduce an affinity tag using the EasyXpress Linear Template Fab Kit?
The primers contained in the EasyXpress Linear Template Fab Kit allow the following protein constructs to be expressed:
- Signal peptide– protein
- Signal peptide– protein– His tag
- Protein– His tag
For the expression of Fab fragments, it is recommended to introduce the His tag to the heavy chain.
