3262 - Which thermal cyclers are validated for use with the Investigator Nonaplex ESS Kit?

Validation has been carried out on the ABI GeneAmp® 9700 with an aluminium block (using “Std mode”), and with a silver block, or gold-plated silver block (using “Max mode”). Note: Emulation mode is not used. Internal validation has been carried out with the Bio-Rad PTC-200, Techne TC-512, Biometra T1, and Eppendorf® Mastercycler® ep cyclers.
