Is it possible to use the native signal sequence of antibodies with EasyXpress Disulfide Insect Kits?

This has not been analyzed in extensive detail and would need to be tested individually. We recommend making use of the mellitin signal peptide as an endogenous sequence for insects; the mellitin signal sequence has been found to work reliably for protein transport into the vesicles in the insect lysate.
