3200 - What is the Maximum/Minimum amount of RNA that can be used with GeneRead rRNA depletion kit?

The kit has been optimized for 1ug-5ug, but less can be used.  We have tested it down to 100 ng. When using <1ug, we suggest doing an additional DNase in-solution digestion (as per appendix C of the RNeasy MinElute Handbook) prior to clean-up. Maximum amount of RNA should be 5ug.
