Do the RNeasy Plus Universal Mini/Midi kits contain both wash buffers, RW1 and RWT?

No, wash Buffer RW1 is not included in the RNeasy Plus Universal Mini/Midi kits. The kits contain wash buffers RWT and RPE.

Note:  The Buffer RWT enables isolation of miRNA with the protocol in the appendix of this kit.
