For blood samples:

Once the cell lysates have been loaded on the columns, do not perform the wash step and store the columns up to 90 days at 4°C or up to 10 days at 37°C.

For tissue samples:

Once buffer ATL and proteinase K have been added to the samples, store up to 110 days at room temperature.
