3258 - Which filter set and settings should be used with the Investigator Nonaplex ESS Kit?

Any5dye should be used for the 3130/3130xl or 3100-Avant/3100 Genetic Analyzers. If Any5dye is not available, filter set G5 should be used. For the ABI 310 Genetic Analyzer, filter set G5 should be used.

 

Settings for the filter set Any5Dye must be adjusted to:

• Condition Bound: Lower 1.0 – Upper 20
• Sensitivity: 0.1
• Quality Value: 0.80
