Is the pH indicated in the formulation sheet for Screening Suite buffers the final pH?

For the pHClear and pHClear II Screening Suites, the pH is adjusted at the end of the preparation, allowing users to control another relevant factor in crystallization.

For the remaining Screening Suites, the pH value indicated in the Composition Table corresponds to the pH of the buffer solution before addition of other chemicals (precipitant, additives, etc.), and therefore the final pH may vary.
