What primers may I use to sequence the shRNA cassette within the SureSilencing shRNA Plasmids?

You may use the T7 and SP6, or the pUC/M13 forward and reverse primers to sequence the inserts of the SureSilencing™ shRNA plasmids. We recommend that sequencing be carried out in both directions.
