When delivering liquid to a 96-well plate using the MultiFlow Dispenser Head on my BioRobot , one or more rows in the plate contains less liquid per well than specified by the protocol. What is going wrong?

Each row in the 96-well plate corresponds to a channel in the MultiFlow Dispenser Head. Therefore, examine the capillary on the MultiFlow Dispenser Head corresponding to the row to which the incorrect amount of liquid was pipetted. The capillary is either clogged, broken or cracked.  Please contact QIAGEN Technical Services for further support.
