I cannot see the LCD display fonts on the Sigma Centrifuge. How do I adjust the contrast?

Hold down the blue knob on the front of the centrifuge for a few seconds. The 'Adjust Contrast' command will pop up. Turn the knob left or right, depending on whether you want the display darker or lighter. Then let go to click. The new contrast settings should be in place.
