Unfortunately, it is not possible to clone PCR products generated with the EasyXpress Linear Template Kit into the pIX4.0 Vector of the EasyXpress Protein Synthesis Insect Kit.

However, Appendix E of the EasyXpress Insect Cell Protein Synthesis Handbook contains comprehensive instructions for cloning expression sequences into the pIX4.0 Vector.
