The PAXgene 96 Blood RNA Kit uses a combination of vacuum and centrifugation to isolate RNA. The required vacuum manifold is the QIAvac 96. The suggested centrifuge is Centrifuge 4-16 to use with Plate Rotor 2 x 96 to spin 96-well plates. The final heating step of the protocol requires the "PAXgene 96 Incubator Block."
