3316-What is the concentration of the reconstituted QuantiFast Probe Assay?

After reconstitution of the lyophilized assay in 110ul TE (80 reaction size) or 550ul TE (400 reaction size), the QuantiFast Probe Assay will be at 20X stock concentration.  It should be used at 1X final concentration in the PCR/RT-PCR reaction (eg. for a 25ul reaction, 1/20^th of the total volume, or 1.25ul, should be primer).  The exact concentration of the primers and probe is proprietary.
