When negative results are generated using the KRAS and EGFR PCR kits, do I rerun them?

The KRAS PCR and EGFR PCR kits are validated to produce a reliable call within a given sensitivity. If a negative result is generated, this should be treated as either negative, or beyond the limit of detection of the kit.   There is also no need to run the samples in triplicate as the negative result generated from one sample should be reliable.
