Is a special processing protocol needed?

To prevent biomolecule degradation during processing, dehydration must begin with at least 80–100% ethanol. Use of a low-melting paraffin with a melting point ≤56°C is recommended, and the incubation time in liquid paraffin should not exceed 3 hours.
