What real time cyclers can be used with the therascreen KRAS PCR kit?

The therascreen KRAS PCR kit is validated for use with ABI SDS v1.4. As the 7500Fast uses version 2.0, technically this instrument is not suitable for compliance with the CE marking for this kit, even when run in "Standard" mode. It should be noted that running in "Fast" mode has not been characterised by QIAGEN-Manchester. 

The Roche LightCycler® 480 Real-Time PCR System (Instrument II) is only validated when used with the ADAPT interpretation software. This is due to the baseline correction function of ADAPT, which processes the data before Ct values are assessed.
