The artus Infl./H1 LC/RG RT-PCR Kit was developed and validated for the LightCycler 1.1/1.2/1.5/2.0 instruments (Roche Diagnostics), and the Rotor-Gene Q 5plex and 6plex instruments (the kit may not be used on Rotor-Gene Q 2plex instruments).
