Our unique QIAseq Multimodal sequencing panels provide the only one-day consolidated DNA and RNA library prep workflow that requires just 10 ng total nucleic acid input. By consolidating multiple workflows into one, our multimodal panels deliver dramatic cost-savings and reduce the sample to sequencing turnaround time from the conventional 3 days to a single day. With our Single Primer Extension (SPE) chemistry at the core combined with Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs), you are ensured of complete target coverage for gene or fusion targets, enabling sensitive detection of known and novel variants down to 1% variant allele frequency. Addition of unique dual indices mitigate index hopping, enabling maximized flow cell utilization and increasing sample resolution especially at high throughput.
