The EZ1 Advanced XL RNA Card is preprogrammed with protocols for purification of RNA from cultured cells or white blood cells using the EZ1 RNA Cell Mini Kit, purification of RNA from standard tissue samples using the EZ1 RNA Tissue Mini Kit, or purification of RNA from any type of human or animal tissue using the EZ1 RNA Universal Tissue Kit on the EZ1 Advanced XL.

Performance

EZ1 Advanced XL Cards are used in combination with EZ1 Kits on the EZ1 Advanced XL instrument. The high quality nucleic acids obtained using the EZ1 Advanced XL Card and EZ1 RNA kits are suited for use in many applications.

Principle

The EZ1 Advanced XL RNA Card is a preprogrammed card containing protocols for purification of RNA from cultured cells or white blood cells using the EZ1 RNA Cell Mini Kit, purification of RNA from standard tissue samples using the EZ1 RNA Tissue Mini Kit, or purification of RNA from any type of human or animal tissue using the EZ1 RNA Universal Tissue Kit on the EZ1 Advanced XL. These protocols provide both on-screen instructions for the operator and operating commands for the EZ1 Advanced XL instrument. Further EZ1 Advanced XL Cards may be purchased at any time — increasing the application range of the EZ1 Advanced XL.

Procedure

Simply insert the EZ1 Advanced XL Card with the desired protocol into the EZ1 Advanced XL Card slot and start the instrument.
