The Microbial DNA Positive Control is supplied at 10x concentration and requires dilution with Microbial DNA-Free Water.

Performance

Each lot of Microbial DNA Positive Control is tested to verify that Microbial DNA qPCR Assays will yield a CT<34 when used with this template pool. The quality control data is noted on the product sheet supplied with the Microbial DNA Positive Control.

Principle
