Can I analyze my Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) samples on the QIAxcel for Quality control?

With Screengel version 1.3 or higher, it is possible to analyze Target enrichment samples and NGS libraries for quality check purposes on the QIAxcel Advanced system. With Screengel version 1.5 and higher, areas of interests and molarity ratios can be defined in order to achieve automatic and objective quality control of any library type.
