What is the dead volume of the cartridges in PyroMark Q48?

The dead volume is approximately 15 uL. Additionally 50-100 ul is needed for priming the needles before the first run of the day.

Based on the information if it is the last or first run of the day, the instrument will calculate if priming is required and what volume has to be loaded into the different injectors.
