What is the sample input volume for the REPLI-g Single Cell DNA Library Kit?

This kit will accommodate a

• 4 μl sample input volume per reaction if starting from cells and
• 2.5 µl sample input volume per reaction if starting from gDNA

If there is less starting material, add PBSsc as needed to reach the required volume.
