How can full-length genes or individual domains of the QIAgenes Insect/Mammalia constructs be subcloned?

Information or features useful for subcloning full-length genes or individual domains in QIAgenes:

• DNA sequence is available via login on the web
• vector sequence and info on the multiple cloning site (MCS) are available under "Support" "Tips & Tools" "Vector Sequences" on the QIAGEN homepage
• vectors to express protein with an N-terminal or C-terminal His-tag, or without a tag are available
• use of high-fidelity PCR is recommended (see protocols in the Handbook for details)
