Tried 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6ug DNA with 1.5ul Attractene reagent, and 0.4ug DNA with 0.75, 1.5 and 2.25ul reagent. 0.4ug+0.75ul gave the best results. Trend in the data: the more DNA the better, and the less reagent the better. |
